Spring Delights at Cider Hill Farm Store

Cider Hill’s Farm Store has officially reopened! To celebrate, let’s take a look at all the special spring delights you’ll find at the Farm Store in Amesbury, MA this season. 

Honey 

Honey is typically a spring-season food as flowers bloom this time of year, letting bees collect and store nectar for honey production. At Cider Hill Farm, we produce honey from our own hives that are over 30 years old.

Use our honey in teas, drizzle it on pancakes and waffles, spread it on toast, add it to your baking recipes, or use it as a marinade for meat.  

Spring Produce

Find the bounties of the season’s harvest at the store like rhubarb, mesclun mix, spinach, scallions, lettuce, strawberries, basil, and other fresh herbs, including basil, mint and parsley. . The Farm Store always has apples ready for you to try all year round.   

Note: While not edible like our spring and summer produce, you’ll also find farm-fresh flowers at the Farm Store. We also have 9’’ pots, 10” pots, and planters for all kinds of plants. 

Slushies

Slushies are a perfect sweet treat just in time for the warmer months! This semi-frozen beverage with a liquid-like texture comes in seasonal flavors. Find slush in the Farm Store plus at the Drink & Snack Stand on weekends on the main lawn. 

Donuts

We know how much everyone loves our apple cider donuts, and we have them from opening day to closing day. These baked goods are full of apple flavors and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg with a soft cake-like texture, a crisp exterior, and are dusted in cinnamon sugar. 

What Else Can You Find at the Store? 

Along with spring specialties, you’ll also discover baked goods and desserts like pies, granolas, locally made candy, and homemade kettle corn. Discover farmhouse gifts such as decor, kitchen items, children’s activities, cards, mugs, cookbooks, and greenhouse goods.

Mother’s Day Gifts

Pick up a selection of gifts perfect for the moms in your life. Choose from fresh bouquets, chocolate, charcuterie, locally made candles, soaps, balms and scrubs. Make your own gift bag or choose from a pre-made gift box curated by our team.
