Private Events 

Event Types & Current Date Availability

The farm offers a relaxed, casual setting for gatherings. We are not available for private events during our peak apple-picking season (September 1 – late October). We are currently accepting inquiries for November 2025, as well as events from mid-April through August 2026. Please note, we are unable to host weddings on the farm.

Event Space Options

1. The Battis Room

Price: $875

This farmhouse inspired private space offers a modern, weather-proof option for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties and graduation parties. Space includes:​

​

  • 75 contemporary metal chairs

  • 10 each 60' round tables

  • 2 each 6' or 8' folding tables

  • 15' countertop for food/drinks

  • A/C & heat 

  • garbage barrels

  • private access

  • cleaning service

  • single indoor bathroom

  • day-of event greeter 

  • welcome signage

  • ADA accessibility

  • 3 hour use plus 90 minute set-up time on day of event

  • max capacity 75 people

  • Not available during peak apple picking season (mid September - late October).

2. Semi-Private Kid's Birthday with Tent

Price: $350 

Located to the right of the farm store in a garden setting, this option is excellent for children's parties, corporate outings and fundraisers. Space includes:​

  • 30 person tent

  • 4 picnic tables

  • 8 contemporary metal chairs

  • 1 each 6' folding table for food

  • garbage barrels

  • day-of event greeter 

  • welcome signage

  • ADA accessibility

  • 3 hour use plus 45 minute set up time on day of event​

  • Not available during peak apple picking season mid September - late October.

Approved Catering Services for Both Rental Spaces

Bring your own food, bring take-out or choose from our approved caterers. Non-approved caterers are not permitted. Our space overviews will share an approved caterer list. Once you book a date with us, let your caterer know date and time. Cider Hill Farm does not offer catering services.

3. Main Lawn & Picnic Tent

Price: Free

Take advantage of the farm setting without a formal package. This is the most popular choice and perfect for children's birthday parties and gatherings. Simply grab 1-2 picnic tables for up to 1 hr from 8 am - 6 pm. We do not reserve tables but the entire farm community is gracious and make space for one another. This option offers:

 

  • cost-effective for all

  • convenient access to orchards, cider bar, barnyard and play area

  • option to reserve group containers for blueberry picking (summer) and apple picking (fall)

  • option to pre-order donuts ahead for pick-up in the Farm Store ​

  • ADA accessibility

  • 1 hour picnic table use ​

  • no booking or cancellation policy​​

Liquor License

While outside food is always welcome, outside alcohol is prohibited. We are able to offer private hard cider bar options for private events in the indoor space and semi-private courtyard. We are able to offer you drink tickets for your guests to visit our outdoor hard cider bar 11 am - 4 pm on Saturdays and 12 - 4 pm on Sundays.
