Farm Store Greenhouse
Each March, the growing season begins inside the greenhouses at Cider Hill Farm. Our team starts thousands of flowers, vegetables, herbs, and annual fruit plants from seed in our germination greenhouses, nurturing the earliest signs of spring while winter still lingers in New England.
As the days grow longer and warmer, the greenhouses fill with vibrant color, fresh scents, and the promise of the season ahead. By Mother’s Day weekend, our young plants move to the Farm Store Greenhouse, where visitors can browse a wide selection of hanging baskets, potted flowers, vegetable seedlings, and herb starters perfect for home gardens, patios, and front porches.
Whether you're planting your first garden or adding to a backyard harvest, our greenhouse offers healthy, farm-grown plants ready to thrive in your garden.
The Farm Store Greenhouse opens for the season on May 8, 2026 but here's a sneak peek.

Visitors can also pick up classic fall decorations like bundles of cornstalks and bales of hay — perfect for front porches, doorsteps, and seasonal displays.
