Please note: Cider Hill Farm will not be booking indoor private events for the 2027 season.

Event Types & Availability

The farm offers a relaxed, casual setting for outdoor gatherings from late-April through August.

Semi-Private Kid's Birthday with Tent

Price: $275

Located to the right of the farm store in a garden setting, this option is excellent for children's parties and corporate outings. Space includes:​

  • 30 person tent

  • 4 picnic tables

  • 8 contemporary metal chairs

  • 1 6ft folding table for food

  • garbage barrels

  • day-of event greeter 

  • welcome signage

  • ADA accessibility

  • 2 hour use (plus 30 minutes of set up and 30 minutes of cleanup time)

  • Not available during peak apple picking season from September - late October.

Main Lawn & Picnic Tent

Price: Free

This is the most popular choice and perfect for children's birthday parties and gatherings. Simply grab 1-2 picnic tables for up to 1 hr from 8 am - 6 pm. We do not reserve tables in advance, but the entire farm community is gracious and makes space for one another. This option offers:

 

  • a cost-effective price point for all

  • convenient access to the orchards, cider bar, barnyard and play areas

  • the ability to reserve group containers for blueberry picking (summer) and apple picking (fall)

  • the ability to pre-order donuts ahead for pick-up in the Farm Store ​

  • ADA accessibility

  • 1 hour picnic table use ​

  • no booking or cancellation policy​​

Outside Food & The Farm's Liquor License

Outside food is very welcome, but please take excess trash and large food containers with you. Outside alcohol is prohibited. We can pre-arrange for drink tickets for your guests to visit our outdoor hard cider bar from 11 am - 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, or we can set up a private hard cider bar for you in the courtyard by the birthday tent.
