Tuesday Morning Vinyasa

Christina Barbieri, leads an energetic, weekly flow practice facing the orchards focused on alignment, and bringing one’s awareness to our subtle body by creating both a safe and physically challenging yet internally calming practice.

$12 per class. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat. Rain or shine. Rainy classes are held under the picnic tent.
