Winter is a special cider variety known as a frost cider. Time consuming and labor intensive to make, we freeze fresh pressed cider and thaw it slowly to produce an intensely rich juice. There are 20 apples in this bottle. Winter is both intensely sweet and crisp with a depth of flavor that cannot be matched by any other cider and will improve for several years in the bottle. Winter is a dessert cider, super sweet with high residual sugar. 12.5% ABV.
