"My name is Reem ~ baker, recipe tester, all of the above behind this Latin and Middle Eastern inspired Microbakery. Born and raised in New York I studied Culinary where I refined my technique and deepened my love for intentional cooking/baking. After moving here, I decided I wanted to build something that felt more like me blending techniques, my values, bold spices, culture, and creativity. I blend Latin influences with Middle Eastern roots from sweet options on my website to savory options found at local pop ups. Each item is Halal friendly made with care and purpose."
