Christina Barbieri, leads an energetic, weekly flow practice facing the orchards focused on alignment, and bringing one’s awareness to our subtle body by creating both a safe and physically challenging yet internally calming practice.
Stay after the 1st Tuesday class of each month for a free tasting exclusively for yogis!
