To secure your share for the 2020 season we do require full payment with the submission of this form by 6/17/20. You can pay electronically now or make checks payable to Cider Hill Farm and send to: Cider Hill Farm, 45 Fern Avenue, Amesbury, MA 01913. NOTE: Please write MARBLEHEAD CSA on the envelope. If you are mailing a check, please email events@ciderhill.com so we know to expect the check. :)
