Join us this Veteran's Day for a high intensity circuit style workout with Healthy LifeStyle Coach Christine De Souza. Christine is the creator of the annual 12 Week "You Boss" Experience, 40 by 40 Initiative and leader of our upcoming FREE FRIDAY Holiday Series! This is a free class, but be encouraged to get in the spirit of giving early this year by donating if it's on your heart. 100% proceeds go to our Veterans!
