Free! Calm & Kind: Yoga for the Growing Mind - June

In this engaging and interactive 45 minute class, we will get to experience all of the benefits that yoga has to offer through storytelling, movement and song. Our main focus is not only to have fun, but to teach these brilliant and curious minds helpful strategies in regulating emotion through healthy movement and mindful breathing. Each class is compiled with fun games, stories, songs, and special takeaways for your child to bring home. My mission is to introduce the concept of self-love and self-expression at a young age to help build a generation of children that will empower this world with love. Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or blanket/towel.

Location: Class will be held across the street from the Farm Store on the grass between Strawberry Patch 1 and Blueberry Field 1. You can see it from the Main Parking Lot! Enjoy. :)

About Relief Parenting Respite and Resource Center: Our mission is to reduce barriers that prevent parents from receiving the care they need and deserve. We offer free parking, on-site childcare, professional practitioners, educational classes, exercise groups, as well as work room sessions and respite rooms to ensure parents have access to comprehensive care. Additionally, we offer events that bring parents together with local resources in our community. There are too few places devoted to the care, support, and education of parents; with your help, we can change that, and in doing so, change the culture of parenting.
