Family Farm Yoga

Join Elissa, owner of Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley, for a fun yoga class appropriate for the whole family. Come play yoga on the farm while you connect with your little soul(s). Yoga is a buddhaful way to encourage kids to care of their bodies, minds and the world around them.

$20 per family (no limit to family size)

Instructor: Elissa Shoreman, Owner of Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio in Rowley, MA, RYT, CYT, PYT, LCMT

Elissa has been practicing yoga since she was 19. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to children and adults since 2007 and opened BSYS in 2010. She always wanted to be a teacher, but being a "yoga teacher" allows her to teach about the heart and not about test scores. She teaches yoga from the heart, with the intention of encouraging others to love themselves (as they are) and the world a little bit more each day. Elissa teaches adults, children and prenatal yoga. She has taken five different children's yoga trainings. She teaches at BSYS, as well as many preschools, schools, libraries, Boys & Girl's Club. She also offers private birthday parties. Elissa is happily married with two buddhaful little souls, who love to practice yoga with their Mommy!
