Help welcome Club PIlates to the neighborhood! This class will focus on strength, stability, and flexibility of all muscle groups while utilizing unique breathing techniques. The objective of class is to both lengthen and sculpt the body's muscles in a challenging, yet controlled manner. This class is suitable for all levels.
