CANCELLED - $10 Family Yoga with Relief Parenting (July)

In this engaging and interactive 45 minute class, Krista Maltais, Childlight Yoga Certified Instructor and owner of Relief Parenting Resource and Respite Center in Hampton, NH will Introduce the concepts of yoga to little ones through play! Though class is geared towards ages 3-6, all are welcome! Children will learn body awareness, improve social-emotional skills, increase their attention span, and engage with their caregivers through songs, games and stories that appeal to young children's active imaginations. This class is designed to have fun! Please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or blanket/towel.

Location: Class will be held across the footbridge in the field between the Trike Yard & Ticket Booth. Give yourself 10 minutes to park, walk and get set up.
