Time to put things in overdrive! Greenhouses are fired up, and we begin a complicated seeding and planting schedule for this year's bedding plants, hanging baskets, mixed containers and vegetable transplants-Karen and Grigore (our production manager) love this creative part of the season. The first of three heated tomato houses is planted with two-month-old flowering plants. Cider Hill begins to turn green! Peaches, raspberries and blueberries are pruned. Gail is on a shopping spree for the store. And, Ed and Glenn are orchestrating the season's new construction projects.
