- Pick your own strawberries

By now, it's full-speed-ahead. Strawberry picking has begun and should peak from June 20th to the 30th. Our new interns from abroad should have arrived and are into the flow of things by now. The sheep are lambing, and will soon be grazing in our pasture. The greenhouses continue to brim over with hundreds of varieties of plants. The crew is very busy with non-stop planting, watering, weeding, mowing, thinning of peaches, picking, and the additional demands of two CSA's (Community Supported Agriculture), as well as three farmer's markets per week.
