All is pretty quiet here, except for the Cider Hill farmers! We're busy pouring over seed, tree and plant catalogs, looking for the new season's crops. We're also attending gift shop and food trade shows, as well as vegetable and business conferences. Plus, we have 6,000 apple trees in need of pruning, which we try to finish by early March!
